Vanilla and dark chocolate are a traditional combination where vanilla is usually used to balance the flavours but is rarely tasted. We have pushed the limits here and made a bar where the vanilla is prominent. It has slight astringency and a pure vanilla taste. What makes this bar even more special is the biodynamic beans from Karnataka used to make the chocolate and the organic Indian-grown whole vanilla pods from the same farm. Scroll for photos!
